Policies for Shipping, Back-Orders, and Returns/Refunds

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Normally, orders received prior to 9:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same day, while orders received after this time will ship the next day. All orders are shipped by USPS, from New Hampshire, Zip Code 03054. Shipping charges listed in the Soap Dish (i.e., our term for "shopping cart) are for shipments to the US or Canada only. Additional, actual, shipping charges will be added to international orders. All international orders will be shipped USPS Airmail Parcel Post. International orders can be shipped to the billing address only.

Back Orders:

We make every effort to keep our website updated regarding the availability of our products. In the event that a product you have selected is not available, you will be contacted by email.

Return/Refund Policy:

We are so sure that you will love our products that we unconditionally guarantee them. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (sorry, but you are responsible for the return shipping charges).

So that we can improve our products and/or literature, we ask only that you let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. We want you to be thrilled with us and our products!
